These terms apply when you buy or use Familia Ready (“we,” “us”) at familiaready.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@familiaready.com.
1. What we provide
Familia Ready is a personalized Spanish preparation program for people meeting or spending time with a Spanish-speaking partner's family. Based on the information you give us, we prepare a countdown plan with family-specific phrases, audio, practice conversations, rescue phrases, cultural guidance, and a personal toast or message, delivered by email as digital files.
2. What we don't promise
We do not promise fluency, a specific level of Spanish, or any particular outcome with your partner's family. Results depend on your practice. The program is designed to prepare you for specific, common moments, not to replace a full language course.
3. How your plan is made
Plans are prepared with the help of AI tools and reviewed by us before delivery. Our phrase library is checked for natural, everyday Spanish. Spanish is adapted to your family's country, with Mexico, Colombia, and Puerto Rico supported at launch. If your family is from another country, we'll tell you honestly whether we can help before building your plan, and refund you in full if we can't.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy Familia Ready.
5. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once through PayPal. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Your spot is reserved once payment is complete. Founding prices may change for future customers, but never for an order you've already paid.
6. Delivery
Your plan is delivered by email within 5 business days of your completed Family Profile (2 business days for Express plans, when your event is less than two weeks away). We can't start your plan until we receive your profile. If something is missing, we'll ask. If we fail to deliver before your event date through our own fault, you'll receive a full refund.
7. Your information
You agree to give accurate information and to share only details about your partner and family that you're comfortable sharing. We use it only to create and deliver your plan, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 7-day money-back promise.
9. Your plan is for you
Your plan and its materials are licensed to you for personal use. Please don't resell, publish, or redistribute them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Familia Ready is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Familia Ready is operated. Nothing in them limits any consumer rights you have under the laws where you live.
