Familia Ready (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy and the privacy of the family members you tell us about. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Contact: hello@familiaready.com.
What we collect
- Form answers: your name, email, your partner's first name, your event and its date, your family's country, and details you choose to share about family members, such as names, relationships, and personal notes.
- Payment details: PayPal processes your payment. We receive your name, email, the amount, and a transaction ID. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Starter kit and waitlist signups: your email address and, if you choose to share them, your upcoming occasion and its date, so our emails can count down with you.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address and browser type to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
- To create, deliver, and support your personalized plan.
- To send the emails you asked for, such as your plan, daily reminders, or free phrases. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To match your forms to your payment and answer your questions.
We do not sell your information, and we don't use your family's details for anything other than your plan.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers to run Familia Ready: Netlify (website hosting and forms), Tally (our order forms), PayPal (payments), Google (email), and AI service providers that help us draft your plan. If we add an email-newsletter service, it will receive only your email address and the details you gave with it. They process information only to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
- Unpaid Quick Start submissions: deleted within 48 hours.
- Paid orders: kept for up to 12 months after delivery so we can support you, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep payment records longer.
- Email lists: until you unsubscribe.
- Your private listening page: it lives at an unlisted, randomly generated address that search engines are told not to index. We take it down 60 days after your date, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your family members at any time by emailing us. We aim to comply with the data protection laws that apply to you and to us.
Children
Familia Ready is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
